At Launch Dance Center, we believe that learning proper technique, form and posture make a beautifully skilled dancer. We also believe that dance is more than the steps you learn and technique you practice. Dance is also about confidence, expression, art, fitness, strength, music, performing, teamwork, accomplishments, goal setting, long-lasting friendships, and being part of a family. Dance is a form of expression, and at LDC, we focus on bringing the artistry and individuality out in every dancer.

Through expression of dance, we encourage growth – both personally and technically, and freedom - freedom to explore, to feel, to believe in our abilities, to support each other. We begin by starting with a foundation of proper technique that our students can rely on to go forward in dance, allowing them to feel comfortable, confident and capable throughout their dance life while enjoying and embracing all that dance is.

why choose us

We offer a warm, family-like  atmosphere while providing strong technical training. Our focus is on building life-long skills and giving our dancers more performance opportunities than are typically offered at other studios. 

 

We were previously known as Pacific Dance Center, and our curriculum focused mostly on ballet. A change in ownership has brought many new opportunities to expand our dance program while maintaining the spirit of the previous studio and continuing to provide exceptional ballet training.

Your dancer will have multiple opportunities to perform while attending Launch Dance Center. All students over the age of 4 partake in at least one performance each year. Depending on the program, students can take part in our annual performances of The Nutcracker, our Winter Showcase, and our Spring Production! We also provide opportunities to attend dance competitions and community performances outside the studio.
