Prep team introduces the dancer to the level of commitment required in Performance Company while not entering the same number of competitions as the higher levels. All dancers accepted to Performance Company are by invitation through an audition process or staff and director approval. This opportunity is a chance for the dancer to have a broader dance experience, and learn what being part of a Performance Company is all about.
